Customer success command center for a services company

Problem: the customer success team was tracking at risk customers, renewals, onboarding, and email follow ups across scattered spreadsheets and inboxes. There was no single place to see who needed attention, and no way to measure whether the team's work was actually preventing cancellations.

What was built: a command center dashboard covering customer health tracking, an at risk flagging workflow, automated email drafting with a calibrated writing voice, and an internal value/ROI engine that credits the customer success system with the revenue it retains.

Verified outcomes: 33 at risk customers were flagged and tracked to an outcome (20 retained, 5 churned, 8 still open) with $30,321 in retained revenue credited to the workflow, and a companion automation loop cut the run time of the team's email drafting pipeline by 45.9% in measured testing.
